Preventative Maintenance

Our HVAC maintenance services include cleaning, adjusting, and capacity testing. A thorough inspection includes checking freon pressures, checking voltage, checking amp loads on motors, compressors, and heat strips, adjusting or replacing belts, checking for out of balance components and excess vibration, check all electrical components and capacitors, clean components and electrical connections, thoroughly check for any damaged components or wiring, and clear drain lines and p-traps with chemical treatment and nitrogen. We also inspect ductwork for air leaks and missing insulation, and check thermostats to ensure proper operation and control.
